Music Technology/Cubase/Logic/Pro Tools Tutor Help with all variety of software and hardware including traditional 'out of the box' equipment - mixing desks, outboard, synthesizers, tape etc etc I am an experienced freelance sound engineer, with years of experience working in music studios, live events, TV and theatre I am also an experienced teacher, and I am currently teaching music technology privately in the Brighton and Hove and East Sussex areas. I have many years of teaching experience both privately, in schools, and in public institutions. I can come to you in your home, helping you to get the most from your own music set-up, however modest it may be. I am experienced with many kinds of music software including but not limited to Cubase, Pro Tools and Logic, and I have Pro Tools and Logic certification from Avid and Apple. I can teach mixing and recording skills, production techniques including synthesis and sampling, composition skills and music theory, mastering, editing skills and more. I am also experienced with and can teach more traditional 'out of the box' music technologies such as analogue and digital mixing desks and outboard, hardware synthesisers and samplers, and anything you would find in a traditional recording studio I can also offer tuition sessions in a professional recording studio at an increased cost to cover studio hire fees. I provide regular lessons for people, and courses of teaching covering all areas of music production, sound engineering, mixing and mastering, music theory etc, but I also am more than happy to do make one-off visits to help troubleshoot and fix particular problems that people are having with their gear, or process.
