Deep, luxury pocket-sprung super-comfort memory-foam sofa bought new (3 years) original price £1200 in Brighton, East Sussex for sale

Width: 225cm (7.4ft) Depth: 95cm (3.1ft) Height: 76 cm (2.5ft) Deceptively large, sits up to 4 adults. Selling due to a move out of the country, this sofa is not your run-of-the-mill DFS/Argos low-quality sofa. Made specially to order from Furniture Village for £1200 a little over 3 years ago, we purchased because the display model was the most comfortable, plush, luxurious sofa we'd found due to its memory foam seat-cushions on a pocket-sprung base. Since then, everyone who has ever sat in it has commented on unbelievably comfortable it is (the top quality memory-foam is one of the reasons why it is still in perfect condition today, and will remain as new for a very long time). People tend not to want to get out of it once they've tried it, though the individually pocketed springs in the base make it very easy to get out of when you absolutely need to! It is very spacious: we have had four people sitting comfortably in it to watch a film, and it is very deep, making it possible to sleep on very comfortably with throw cushions removed. We are a smoke-free, pet-free household and the sofa is still in virtually new condition. The price is so low because we need to sell fast as we are leaving the country at the end of August.
