I have three children in their twenties each with their own children who visit the house regularly. I also have a rescue dog, a springer collie cross. So, a liking of dogs and small children is fairly important. The room is likely to suit a student, post graduate student or young professional, English or foreign national, male or female. The rooms are furnished, the house has all the mod cons, the rent includes all bills and the rooms are let on a self catering basis. I like to see, the usual references, confirmation of identity and status as a student or worker. Four weeks rent as returnable security deposit and four weeks rent in advance.
