Single room to rent with sea view! in Brighton, East Sussex for sale

I have a lovely single room to let in my large family home. The room is situated in my loft conversion with a bathroom on the same floor which is for sole use of this room and my one other lodger (my family have our own) which makes it pretty much self contained. The room is fully furnished has wooden flooring and is lovely and bright . It has a sea view across Queen's Park. I live here with my two children aged 16 and 12, six cats and two goldfish! We are a pretty quiet but friendly bunch and the house is large enough to not feel at all crowded. We like our own space but also enjoy chatting at times. I'm afraid I am unable to accept housing benefit so a full time worker would be ideal. All bills are inclusive. There are no laundry facilities but a launderette is within a few minutes walk. We are centrally located with a good bus service to most parts of town and the universities and within walking distance to the town centre and seafront. One weeks deposit is required.
