Male flatmate wanted in Brighton, East Sussex for sale

We are 3 male students at Uni of Sussex looking for a house who need an extra flatmate to open up the broad range of 4 bed house shares in Brighton. We would ideally look for a male student at Sussex or Brighton to fill out the 4th place. We are all going into our third years, but all we ask for a future flatmate is that they're safe and that they'll pay their rent every month. Anything else is a bonus!
