Freeman Sedan 33 (1981) 12 meters length, 3.5 meters wide boat for sale. Twin Ford Bowman six cylinder diesel engines via a conventional drive shaft. This is an opportunity to live aboard in Brighton Marina. Mooring paid till September. Midnite Lady is a great boat with ample living space but need some TLC and updating. Galley: Great carpentry housing a gas cooker, Fridge, and sink, all hidden away. Cupboards for food, pots and pans etc. A four seater table which turns into a small double bed for guests. A cupboard for clothes and shoes. Storage under the built in seats, and drawers. Cabin: large cabin for two, with shelves, lovely windows, and an escape hatch (very lovely for stargazing) Floor needs some attention, nothing too major. Heads compartment: Pump action toilet, & sink. Needs some attention to fit a shower, but can be done easily. Captain's Saloon: Captain and navigator driving seats. Three seater sofa! Built in wooden unit for storage. Outside: 'Patio door's' lead out to a large canvassed area, with a long built in bench seat. Great for rainy days, to be outside but not getting wet! (I kept a few plants out here, canvassed area acted as a conservatory :0) Lovely to sit on the the deck in the summer and watch the world go by. I lived aboard 'Midnite Lady' for 10 months when I first moved her to Brighton from Newhaven. Sadly, I have recently lost my job, and can longer afford to fix her up. She would make a great project, and has so much potential. I am very sad to sell her. Brighton marina is a friendly marina, with lots going on.
